I would like to thank John for all his help during the purchase of my new holiday home in Spain. This was my 4th visit out and I was beginning to lose hope. I even featured on a place in the sun. John listened to my requests, was very helpful & knowledgeable. John showed me & my Aunty round with great care and was such a lovely man. I got to know 5 Real Estate through “A place under the sun” which I already considered one parameter in chosing which estate agency to go with in finding my place in Spain. Hugh and his team were very approachable and were very open and transparent in their communication, as well as there were no hidden fees, just as they claim! They were also helpful in getting an extension date as the Spanish banks were very much delayed due to the Summer holidays. And, they are still open for answering any further questions post-purchase. Thank you Hugh and team!

Good day, I would like to sincerely thank the entire 5 real estate team for their very professional approach regarding my purchase of an apartment in Formentera Del Segura. From the first inspection of the apartment with the agent Serge and his professionalism, I gained trust, which is very important especially when you are buying a property so-called remotely and you are not present at all during the purchase. Just as agent Serge explained it to me at the beginning, it also happened and followed until the end after the actual receipt of the keys to the apartment.
