Хотим поблагодарить менеджеров за приятный презент, который всей моей семьей был оценен по достоинству. Вино «Аlegria» кратко можно охарактеризовать словами «а не налить ли еще по бокалу?»))). Внешний осмотр дает представление о качественном продукте, темная бутылка с натуральной, а не пластиковой пробкой. Вино обладает приятным послевкусием, требующим, спустя некоторое время, продолжения. В меру кислотности, слегка вяжущего вкуса, это дает представление о хорошем сорте винограда и о качественном процессе брожения. Don’t buy with Alegria it’s a company who left you with only problems. A crooked pool, Walls coming down, ground sinking, a not working expensive airconditioning, … and when you paid they are gone. Not reacting on emails or What’s app they leave you with a house that will cost a lot of money extra to solve all their bad work. DON’T BUY with this constructor For 5 years I still wait for them to solve the problems. Stay away from this constructor. You have to give a star to post this but they are not even wordy of one star. This is my experience and in our area Finestrat a lot of people who has the same problems. We are very disapointed they gave me trust when we bought but it was a charade.

Эта девушка только после оплаты омологирования аттестатов сказала мне, что ей нужны оригиналы на руки, а не электронный формат. Это полностью меняет весь мой процесс поступления. Когда я спрашивала «какие документы нужны?» Там даже слова не было о том, что они нужны в самой стране. Также я оплачивала подготовку к получению студенческой визы и работала с другой девушкой, с ней все хорошо, она часто мне говорила, что с какими-то вопросами по университету можно обращаться к Анастасии.. Ну и я обращалась, а она меня просто игнорировала. Какой смысл мне покупать услугу по подбору университетов за несколько сотен евро, если меня интересует лишь один вопрос. И я считаю, что с учетом того, что я уже заплатила компании больше 1.000 евро за все эти процессы, мне можно ответь на: «какой из этих двух университетов лучше?» В целом, диалог с Анастасией ведется так, как будто человек вообще не заинтересован в работе и в получении денег

Ужаснее сервиса не встречал еще в жизни. Купили квартиру в их новостройке. Ровно после подписания договора все менеджеры тупо перестали отвечать, связаться и выяснить интересующие вопросы невозможно, просто тотальный игнор. Никому не советую эту шарагу.

Maur på gulv og i senger som kryper på både puter og over alt. Det rett og slett florerte av avdøde maur når man våknet i senga. Rett og slett ekkelt og umulig boforhold. Kontakter megler, men neida de kan ikke hjelpe oss og eneste de sier er vi må kontakte eier som bor i Russland , men neida selvsagt ikke noe svar der heller…. Utmattelses taktikken på høyt nivå. Kind at the start and says the house is in absolutely fantastic condition and didn’t want to show more houses because this was the best. Not answering. Asks for a deposit in cash and lies and uses it as the owner’s fee. The house is not in habitable condition, furnaces don’t work, gas leak, didn’t have water for a month & rats all over the property and mice in the walls. Ants on the floor and in beds crawling on pillows and everywhere. It simply abounded in dead ants when you woke up in bed. Simply disgusting and impossible living conditions. Contact the broker, but no they can’t help us and the only thing they say is we have to contact the owner who lives in Russia, but of course no answer there either…. The attrition tactic at a high level. NEVER USE ALEGRIA REAL ESTATE!!!! Please!!

No lo recomendaria a nadie.Lo que ofrecen por fotos y videos ,dista mucho de la realidad,cuando lo vez en vivo.Cuando reclamas el adelantado diciendo que los metros cuadrados no coinciden,el estado de la vivienda con humedades y podridos…..etc.Vas y hablas con el jefe que le vez que quire deshacer de tí saliendo de la sala,no queriendo atenderte….No contestan después de esto al e-mail,whatsapp,viber….La colaboradora que ofreció el piso ni siquiera vive en España,sino solo venia para hacer la venta y llevarse su comisión (Renata Bakos).Como veo en los comentarios ,hasta ahora a nadie han devuelto el deposito que tuvo el mismo problema.Pensaran que no vives aqui ,no vas a perder tiempo y mas dinero reclamando por otra via.Deplorable….así demuestran la clase que tienen

Me enseño varia viviendas fuimos a visitar alguna vivienda varias ocasiones pero no me convencían y nunca me trato indiferente por rechazar varias viviendas . (En otras inmobiliarias si me trataban diferente en cuanto rechazabas viviendas). En alguna ocasión me acerco a ver viviendas con el coche de empresa. Es una gran profesional que sabe estar por su claridad y humildad. Al final no e podido comprar nada , pero el recuerdo de su asesoramiento y si colaboración me dejaron claramente que es una empresa que se preocupa por sus clientes no solo si venden. Снимаем квартиру у алегрии уже 2й год, очень оперативно решают любые проблемы. Сегодня утром у нас сломалась дверь на холодильнике, так ещё до обеда техники привезли новый, еще больше и лучше, тоже самое было со стиральной машиной, в прошлом году. Однажды захлопнули дверь с ключами внутри, так уже через 15 минут нам привезли ключи. И все это бесплатно. Для нас каждый раз это приятный сюрприз, так как раньше мы снимали квартиры в других компаниях, там и речи не могло быть о таком сервисе, Алегрия на несколько голов выше, а поддержка и оперативность так вообще супер. Огромное спасибо Алегрии и их техникам, все просто супер.
