Our son attended the summer pre season training and had a fantastic time. The staff and facilities are outstanding. He had so many opportunities to learn new skills and to get familiar with international pro football. I cannot thank the team enough and would highly recommend for anyone who is serious to take their game and skills to the next level to attend. It is genuinely run by professionals with lots of connections and experience. Thank you for all your guidance and help as well!

My son stayed for two months to enjoy the summer residency program. It was the experience of a lifetime. The group of kids that participated were very talented and the weekly games were very competitive. The accommodations were very nice. Alicante is a very safe city and leaving my 16 year old son on his own never gave me concern. The coaching staff was very professional. I highly recommend this football Academy to any young or seasoned professional looking to enhance their football career.

My son, Evan spent working with ACFC Academy this past summer. He arrived in early June and departed in July. Phil, the Manager of the club led the team in various capacities. Ultimately, he focuses on the 4 core principals of a football player. Technical, tactical, physical and Psycho-Social. The part that was super important, as a father, is how he turns these young men into great people off the pitch by using their Psycho-Social attributes to better themselves in real situations, wether on or off the pitch. Certainly, my son gained «football hours» by working under Phil’s system 24-7. Evan had access to work extra on his technical, tactical and physical abilities outside of his rigoruous schedule. I use rigourous because sometimes the weather is not as «cool» as we would expect to play football. Regardless, Evan is a better person, football player and teammate because of his ACFC Academy experience. Would I expect Evan to return next year? Absolutely! The friedships and moments he shared with the coaches, teammates and staff will always be cherished and are part of his great experience at ACFC Academy. The coaching staff was an absolute treasure for Evan to meet in his journey at ACFC Academy. I think he enjoyed the intensity, the football activities and training with the coaches that it has made an impact on how he views himself as a college football player. I am super grateful and blessed to have Evan join ACFC Academy and look forward in having him return next summer and hopefully discuss long a term stay.

From start to end our son had an amazing experience! The professionalism from all the staff was amazing. Liam was great with coordinating our son’s safe arrival and return home, communicating with us for the 3weeks our son was there with messages, pictures and video’s. The coaching staff Phil – coach and Chris – Academy Director worked from beginning to end, helping our son on field and off the field with game Analysis. Our son was pleased with the training he received and experience in 3 different games he got to play. Special thanks to Callum (CJ) – Resident Assistant looking after the boys travel and experience in the city. Job well done! Highly recommend it! See you all next summer!

Lela Stevanovic

Fantastic club atmosphere, top level coaching with a family feel. Excellent playing facilities, including a range of accommodation options. My 16yr old son trained and played with the u23 team, gaining invaluable experience playing at this age group. Coach assessment and placement that created the perfect blend of stretch goals for him at his stage of development. This has had a tremendous impact in my son’s game. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their game. Thank you Alicante City FC.

Dear ACFC Academy, I would like to thank you for all you have done for our son, Federico Alvarez Buselli, who has been in your Academy last year, and playing for your team since he arrived in Alicante from Tenerife. Since our son realize wanted to be a professional football player we started searching for places where he can go, and decided to choose you as a good reputable football Academy in Spain. He started playing in the U19 division as he was 17 years old at that time. His coach, after seeing him playing a few matches, and his efforts and dedication, decided that he can also start playing in the other team U23 where he did it also right good as just before the season finishes he started playing on the major team ! Just before the season finishes he has been introduced by ACFC Academy into Hercules Club where he is playing today and with a professional contract ! so, we have no words to thank you for everything you have done for our son and not only in sport, which was excellent, also because in your Academy he learned about respect, work as a team, education, language… he learned how to be a professional ! With Kind regards, Pablo Andrés Álvarez

I am thrilled to share my experience as a mother of a player in this incredible soccer academy! I want to express my gratitude and happiness for being a part of this soccer family. From day one, my son has been welcomed with open arms by the coaches and teammates. Their dedication and passion for soccer have not only inspired my son but also me as a mother. Not only has he improved his technical and tactical skills on the field, but he has also learned fundamental values such as teamwork, respect, discipline, and perseverance. These principles are invaluable, and I know they will serve him not only in soccer but also in his daily life. Furthermore, I want to thank the entire academy staff (CRAIG, MICHAEL, PHIL,PANCHO, CHRIS, ) for their professionalism and commitment to my son’s development as a player. They are always willing to offer their support and knowledge, which is reflected in the growth and progress he has experienced. I am grateful for the opportunity for my son to be a part of ACFC and to share this experience with all of you. I cannot wait to see how he continues to grow and achieve new goals alongside his team. Thank you, ACFC, for everything you have done for my son and for providing him with this incredible opportunity! As a mother, I am excited for what the future holds, and I am confident that together they will accomplish great things.

My son Lorenzo did pre-season training with the U19 – U23s this past August and the experience on the football side was amazing. Very professional environment with outstanding and knowledgeable coaching staff, who made every session tailored towards proper high level development. They paid attention to detail with the ability to get the best out of each player. Their complete physical conditioning facilities (gym) was also key to their week to week preparations. Pre-season prep also included several friendly matches against top academies in the region, with the likes of CF Hercules, which allowed the boys to showcase their ability against high level opponents. In terms of living facilities, the Villa’s were exceptional. They had a nice Spanish flair to them, equipped with a swimming pool, chef, and other amenities making it a proper and comfortable way to spend your days. After this experience in Alicante City FC and with the positive feedback obtained from the coaches my son wants to give futbol a shot, and hopefully return after completing High School. Taking a gap year from college to obtain experience, exposure, and hopefully land a contract has become his objective. And of course you can’t go wrong with the city charm of Alicante, resting along the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean Sea.

I’ve had an Unbelievable year here at ACFC. Playing football every day on the brand new top quality pitch and on top of that it is right on the door step of the brand new house! Inside the new house its brand newly decorated with a living room players kitchen and private rooms to relax in, the atmosphere with the boys is second to none; its like living with your mates, playing pool or table tennis in the evenings or even going into the swimming pool in the front garden. Sessions even vary some days during the week if we win on the weekend we will go down to the beach and do a beach session which are always good fun. The coaching staff were always pushing us to become better and support on and off the pitch is really good. Overall living in Spain and being able to train full time and see another part of the world has been the best experience meeting new people and getting good contacts within the staff and other players and creating lots of memories to remember.

As a former player of ACFC, this was the best experience I have had throughout the entirety of my footballing career. The accommodations were 5 stars and the conditions were beyond my expectations. The coaching staff are extremely knowledgeable and are always more than willing to sit down and help. If you are serious about your footballing career and want to experience what its like to live and breathe football, I highly recommend ACFC.

The best 3 months I ever had! I attended at the Alicante city football club academy and I had a great time here. After 1-2 weeks of getting to know your teammates and getting used to the daily routines I had the chance to bring my football qualities to the next level and that is mainly because of the great facilities you have here (pool, spa, the pitch next to your villa, the incredible gym…). Everyone here shares the love to the sport and that’s why I got along with everyone. I met people from all around the world. Thank you ACFC for the great experience!

Julius Plath

I’m currently at acfc and it’s been a great experience, I feel like if you are wanting to make it professional I feel like this is great stepping stone as you train the same as a professional would by training every day with one day and match at the weekend. I couldn’t rate the facilities any higher you get gym and spa which is brilliant and the hours are good so you always have time to make their on your day to day sechdule. You also get private chefs and you have a beach down the road and being in Spain the weather brilliant so you couldn’t really ask for much more. You have top tier coaches aswell coaches from playing professional and coaches to managing premier league clubs which I think is key to have because they know what you need to make it to the top.

(Note: I documented the 2021/22 season for the u23s on my YouTube channel; Ballers Find a Way) I had a great year playing with ACFC u23s in the 2021/22 season. I enjoyed sharing a villa with my teammates, some of whom I’m sure will be friends for life. On the pitch the season was tough – but I developed significantly – as the coaching staff really helped me to develop my game. Dean coached me throughout the season and levelled up my game massively, and Phil helped me a lot with the mental side of things on and off the pitch. The Spanish lessons through the club helped me with this a lot, and I am now playing for a different Spanish team out here in Alicante. Like with anything I got a lot out of it because I put a lot in. If you have any questions about joining ACFC feel free to DM me on Instagram or comment on my YouTube and I’ll get back to you there!

I am currently at ACFC and it has been a fantastic experience. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and professional and you immediately feel like you are a part of the ACFC family. Sporting wise, ACFC is an outstanding option for anyone that wants to try and develop their footballing abilities and knowledge of the game. If you are searching for an excellent sporting, cultural, and learning experience in Spain then ACFC is the place for you.

Michael Raphael

I’ve had a great experience this past season with the ACFC academy. Moving across the world by yourself is not an easy task but the staff at ACFC did a great job at easing my transition to a foreign country. The coaches bring a wealth of experience and have definitely improved not only my technical but my tactical knowledge of the game. Off the field, they do just as much to make us live comfortably. I’ve made many friends here this year who will remain friends for life and have very much enjoyed my season living at the villa. I would recommend this academy to anyone who wants to immerse themself in the Spanish language and culture along with improving their footballing ability.

Ethan Blakely

I’m very happy to join and play with this academy as well, I’M a winger good in both leg

Harry Kingsfield

It was super and amazingly beautiful, knowing you guys. You are really a big blessing to our and future generations, thanks a lot.

JERRY MD

All I can say is thank you ACFC Academy! It was a wonderful experience being in Spain doing what I love the most in the world! If you are an aspiring player hoping to get to a higher level of football in your career this is the best place to start. Here you will learn the Spanish side of the beautiful game where you will grow as a player and as a person. But it comes with a price and I am not talking about money, I am talking about sweat and blood! You have to work extremely hard for an opportunity, like everything else in life you will only get as far as you want to depending on your effort. If you have the opportunity to come here.. DO IT!

Adrian Labrado

Playing in ACFC academy was a fantastic experience. The coaches help me improve in the field and also off the field. I made a lot of great friends there. They push me to be a better player. Going there was the best decision I made. Thank you ACFC

Muhiyedin Farah

The Alicante Academy was a proper experience. I made life time friends throughout my whole time. Thanks to Elliot and Phil, I traveled and played abroad to Spain and Australia. Coming from Hawaii, I would never think that I would get a chance to play semi pro futbol. Thanks again!

As a player, I have nothing but positive things to say about ACFC as a whole. From the ownership, coaches, training sessions, matches, living situation and everything in between I highly recommend this to any player who wants to play professional football. The club is filled with passionate people, who know football very well. They treat you as if you are family. I spent one season playing with Alicante FC and it was one of the best seasons I’ve had in my career as a footballer and has since left me with many options moving forward in my career. If you are thinking about whether or not to reach out to ACFC, my advice would be to do it, take the leap of faith and you will not be disappointed. This experience has left me with an infinite amount of memories both on and off the pitch.

N Tunic

I highly recommend the academy. I have made lifetime friends and learnt so much more about myself here. My football and fitness only went up since joining acfc.
