Called Bradley Monday eve at 5 explaining had a leak somewhere was here at 8 next morning found problem was all sorted by 11 everything back in place absolutely fabulous service highly recommend

Wow! They are amazing and so friendly! Helped quickly and efficiently and didn't even break any tiles when they had to open up to get to the leak. I think the tile job looks better now than it did before, actually. Thank you so much - you made a very bad situation so much better.

I’ve had to call Bradley Construction Leak Detection service twice in the last three years. Most recently, I discovered I had a leak yesterday, and contacted Bradley yesterday morning. He explained he was extremely busy but do what he could, as soon as possible. Early, this morning I got a phone call from Liam, one of Bradley’s work team, and he said they could be at my house around 11. Liam, and his workmate Alex, arrived promptly at 11. Having asked me a few basic questions it wasn’t long before Alex was using the technology to try and locate the leak. I hadn’t seen any signs of leakage anywhere in my garden so they had to rely on the technology. I’d estimate that fifteen minutes later they had located the approximate location which was underground in my tiled outside kitchen area. I’d have understood if they started digging up tiles straightaway but they didn’t. They spent the next ten minutes trying to identify the one tile that could be lifted that would give access to the leak. They were spot on! They lifted one tile and about 30cm down they came across the burst pipe. I hate to suggest it was plain sailing after that but it seemed to be. They cut out the damaged pipe and connected a new length of pipe. They tested the repair, and checked there were no problems elsewhere. Later, they filled the hole back in, and cemented over the whole area. Susequently they refitted the tile and grouted around the tile. I’d say they were at mine for two hours and during the entire time Liam and Alex were an absolute credit to Bradley Construction. They explained what they were doing and kept me informed of progress. They cleaned up every bit of soil that had been left after the repair. Other than the dark area of wet grout drying, you wouldn’t have known what had previously taken place. As you might guess, I am extremely happy, and confident, to recommend Bradley Constructiom Leak Detection services to anyone who discovers they have a water leak. They provided a happy conclusion to what had been a few days of serious stress. Thanks so very much!

I very seldom write reviews but on this occassion it was an absolute pleasure to write this review, Bradley Cons (Brad) has restored my faith in mankind from the moment I made contact Brad kept me fully informed and advised me what time and day his guys would arrive to find and fix my leak, bang on Monday 8.30am as agreed guys turned up, they were very infomative and reassuring that they would find the leak and repair.The guys found the leak and worked all day to uplift tiles in our community to insert a new 15mm pipe into the old 20mm pipe appox 20m run from our water meter. I can't thank and praise Brad and his guys enough for their professional approch and dedication to resolving a problem. I can 100% recommend Bradley Cons

Called Brad at 1205, was told very busy would divert a team who had just finished a job nearby, they arrived by 1230. Leak found, excavated, repaired, buried and cleaned up, and the lads were on their way by 1415. Polite, cheerful, professional and clean workers who were informative on options etc . Would recommend to anyone, excellent work ethic.

Really fantastic experience with this company. Came the day after I called them. On time, found the leak very fast, fixed it the same day. Everything from the first contact until how clean they left behind my home afterwards (they had to dig inside my house) was excellent. And for a very decent price! Thanks again.
