We hired Oscar and his firm to guide us through our Spanish property buying process. The system there is very complicated, hard to understand for foreigners. You definitely need a trusted local lawyer with huge experience dealing with property issues, banks, notaries and other solicitors. Well, this is Oscar definitely. We gave him Power of Attorney so the firm helped us through the process, we didn’t have to travel at all during the pandemic.
