We’ve now hired cars on multiple occasions from when they were a small start up to the amazing company that they are today. We would never hire from one of the other companies anymore! You make it so easy, meeting us at the airport or at the villa, easy to contact, such amazing flexibility when we had to extend our stay once, such a personal experience and Jayne and the whole team are just lovely. Hired a car from this company a few weeks back and i have to say i think they are probably the best company i have ever hired a car from. They kept in touch before we arrived via watsapp with collection instructions and the day before departure heard from them again asking what time we should meet them at the airport and even sent links for the nearest petrol station and for where to park at the airport car park.. would most definitely recommend them and will certainly be using them again.. very friendly team and are a credit to the company

Our car broke down & I called Jane at 10:00 this morning to ask if we could hire a car for a week, she checked and said she had one available. She sent information via Whatsapp with the quote, pictures of the actual car,. We agreed to the booking then received a link to pay & send copies of our documents – all paperless & so very simple & efficient. By 12:30 the car was delivered to our home address. We always use Car rental hub when ever we are over to see family normally 2-3 times a year the Service is impeccable one of these great lady’s meet you at arrivals and the pay the parking and take you to your immaculate vehicle. No hidden charges, no need to pay for extra driver as all included they don’t even ask for a deposit or holding fee , the service is incredible. Jayne and the ladies make the whole experience a pleasure. Don’t waste your time with other car rentals in alicante. You won’t regret it…

We recently used Car Rental Hub when hiring a car from Alicante airport. We would have no hesitation in recommending them. They offered a competitive price and an excellent service. After a two hour delay to our flight we were met at arrivals by Lisa who took us to the car which was parked in the airport car park. The whole process took 5 minutes, no queuing at car rental desk and trying to find the car in the airport car park ourselves. Returning the car was equally as easy when we were met by Jaynee and returned the car keys. Communication was excellent, we were contacted via WhatsApp and given full instructions for collecting and returning the car. We will definitely be using Car Rental Hub again.

THE MOST SLICK & SWIFT SET UP EVER! We have needed 5 cars from all over Spain this year so far & this was far and above the best. The initial contact, everything in message & email format, waiting for us as we walked out and we were early. Then walking us directly over to our car 2 minutes away, instruction and the quality of the car was mint. We were out of there in 10 mins, contacted prior to returning with google map links for refuelling & where to leave the car. Again from parking to checking in 10mins as Emma was waiting for us. Incredible service they provide, wish they were at Malaga too. Thanks so much girls .

Booked car from this company and cannot fault anything about it, was met by a lovely lady at arrivals who took us to the car. She paid the car parking ticket and we were on our way. The car was almost new, clean and full of petrol, no CDW’s no fuss. On return they gave us instructions for parking and meeting up to hand over the keys and the parking ticket. Fantastic service, will definitely use them next time.

I have hired 3 cars at different times from Car Rental Hub, picked up at 1.00am at Alicante Airport. The process is as easy as getting into your own car and carrying on with your journey! No time wasting, you are shown to your fully insured car, load yourselves in and you leave the airport, this is always a bonus when you have an 100km drive ahead of you at 1 in the morning, no time wasting at airport! An absolutely fantastic service and respond quickly to any questions via WhatsApp, lovely people to deal with! Drop off is the same, park up at airport, photograph parking space, and drop keys off with parking ticket to representative in departure area. Brilliant company and people couldn’t recommend enough, wish I could give more than 5 stars!

During our travels to Spain, we’ve used a lot of car rental places. Most of them seem to want to rip you off for every penny so when a friend told us to use Car Rental Hub, we didn’t expect much. We couldn’t have been more wrong! Car Rental Hub are without doubt the best rental service we’ve ever used. Jaynee and Lisa couldn’t have been more helpful, the car pick up and drop off was the smoothest ever and the car itself was ideal. By far the best car rental company we have used out of Alicante Airport. Booking was easy, just messaged Frankie via WhatsApp and she sent the link to pay. We were even able to send pictures of our documents prior to landing to ensure quick collection of car. On arrival they meet you in arrivals, take you to the car and away you go. Literally the time it took to walk to the car park was how long it took to collect the cat.. amazing service. Meet you in the terminal to collect keys on the return. Car was nissan Qasqai it was a high spec model as described with sat nav, carplay, air-conditioning cruise control etc etc. Not your usual basic rental at all! Car was really clean with complimentary water inside which was a nice touch. No parcel shelf, so easy to fit cases inside. Price quoted included all the extra insurances that get added on once you arrive with other companies. The cost was maybe €50s more than the cheapest I could find online from a rental company you have to get on a bus to find car once you arrive at Alicante. It was so easy that €50 was money well spent to avoid the stress of car hire mayhem in Alicante arrivals hall or carpark. The cancellation policy was very accommodating as well. (I think full refund if you cancel 48hours prior to booking starting). By far the best car hire company operating out of Alicante. Please note picture of cars is at end of holiday.

We have rented cars from various companies, and this was by far our best experience yet. Not having to wait in long lines to pick up or return the car is invaluable, especially for a family with two young children. The fact that insurance and car seats were included in the price made this option the most cost-effective as well. We highly recommend Car Rental Hun and hope they expand to more cities in Spain soon!

We had THE best car hire experience ever. From initial booking with Frankie to Emma waiting for us at Alicante airport, they could not have been more helpful. They were in regular contact with us and, helpfully, sent us a Google map link to get petrol near the airport. Having seen my wife with a walking stick, Emma was thoughtful enough to have a wheel chair for my wife when we returned the car. I cannot imagine any other provider going that extra mile. The whole process was smooth and efficient which made it a pleasurable experience. This was service at its best and excellent value. Highly recommended car rental! We have used a raft of rental companies in the past. The communication and customer service has been excellent. Our Citroen C4 suffered a puncture. Within 30 minutes we were provided with a replacement vehicle. This was not necessary but Jayne went above and beyond what was expected. Thank you so much Jayne and Frankie !

I found out about this company through a Moraira Facebook forum.. and I so glad I did. This company have totally changed the way I now view hiring a holiday rental car.. I cannot put into words how stress free and pleasurable the whole experience has been.. the Girls could not be more attentive or helpful and they meet you at the arrivals gate.. this is truly a game changer for me after years of queuing for second rate and overpriced cars at the airport terminal.. the car was a 2024 Citroen C3 and was as new and has been just what we need this week for our villa holiday. On returning to Alicante airport this morning I unintentionally parked in the wrong area and had to call Emma-Jayne for advice, nothing is too much trouble for them and within a couple of minutes she was with us to collect the keys and car.
