Perfect place for co-working! Amazing views, lots of different area’s to chill or work, even a pool. The coffee was great. The host really makes you feel at home. I highly recommend this place!

Thanks a lot for the great time. Everybody was very welcoming and fun to spend time with. We had fun to do our work, enjoy some sports and of course by exploring the beauty of Dénia. ☀️☀️☀️ Muchas gracias I forgott to mention the coffee... it's very good. ☕

Discovering this coliving space was a true gem for me. It's more than just a place to stay; it's a sanctuary for reconnecting with oneself and embracing the tranquility of nature. Nestled conveniently between Valencia and Alicante, it offers easy access from two major airports, making it incredibly accessible with a rental car. Surrounded by stunning beaches and scenic hikes, it's a heaven for those seeking rest and relaxation. My highlight were the cozy coffee spots nearby, perfect for remote work or simply unwinding. The ample outdoor space at the coliving allows for a change of scenery each day, making it an ideal environment for productivity and creativity. Beyond the physical space, the host, Coco, made my experience truly exceptional. Her warmth and assistance made settling in effortless, and together we explored the area, quickly making me feel at home. I can't wait to return to this tranquil retreat. It's a place where I found not only peace but also a sense of belonging. Highly recommended!

Ich war bereits zwei Mal in der Co-Living und Co-Working Location an der Costa Blanca und ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen! Schon beim Betreten der Unterkunft habe ich mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Hosts und Co-Liver sind einfach tolle Menschen, die eine herzliche und einladende Atmosphäre schaffen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unschlagbar – mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Es ist unglaublich ruhig hier, perfekt zum Arbeiten und Entspannen. Die liebevoll und schön eingerichteten Räume tragen ebenfalls dazu bei, dass man sich direkt wie zu Hause fühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den fantastischen Außenbereich. Der Pool und die Poolbar sind einfach traumhaft. Die Drinks, die man sich dort machen lassen kann, sind besonders lecker und sorgen für schöne Nachmittage am Wochenende :) Alles in allem ist diese Co-Living und Co-Working Location ein wahrer Geheimtipp. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

Tolle Location mit perfekter Lage und Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Die Unterkunft ist super stilvoll, modern eingerichtet und bietet in der Küche alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Alles war super sauber. Das Haus und das Grundstück bieten viele unterschiedliche Plätze zum Arbeiten: ein großer Tisch im Haus, ein gemütliches Zimmer mit bequemen Sesseln, in dem man ungestört arbeiten kann, ein großer Tisch am Pool mit toller Aussicht, eine Hängematte im Garten oder ein kleinerer Tisch etwas abseits. Zum Ausklang des Abends am Pool mit Poolbar und chilliger House Music kommt sofort Urlaubsstimmung auf. Der Ort Denia ist schnell zu erreichen und bietet ganzjährig mit seinen 300 Restaurants und Bars für jeden Geschmack etwas. Coco und Michael sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und kümmern sich hervorragend um ihre Gäste, sodass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Ich war 10 Tage dort und habe im Turmzimmer übernachtet, das über eine eigene Dachterrasse und eine Außendusche/-bad mit Blick auf das Meer und den nahegelegenen Montgó verfügt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Un havre de paix magnifique endroit rénové de bon goût avec une vue spectaculaire et un accueil des plus sympathique avec coco

Was für ein magischer Ort! Ich habe mich bei Ankunft sofort wohl und mehr als willkommen gefühlt. Dafür sorgen nicht nur die offenen und inspirierenden Co-Liver, die man hier kennenlernt, sondern vor allem auch die unfassbar liebe und hilfsbereite Coco, die sich diesem Projekt mit sehr viel Herzblut widmet. Ich war jetzt insgesamt schon 8 Wochen da und habe hier meinen absoluten happy Place gefunden. Die Räume sind alle Stil-und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und das ganze Gelände bietet mehr als genug Platz, um gemeinsame Zeit mit den anderen Co-Livern zu verbringen, aber auch genügend Zeit für sich nehmen zu können. Die Aussicht aufs Meer zum einen und auf den Montgó zum anderen sind atemberaubend. Auch sportbegeisterte Co-Liver kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten: ob wandern, diverse Wasseraktivitäten oder Radsport, man kann sich jeden Tag aktiv bewegen und viel erleben. Im Winter sind nahezu alle Profi Rad Teams hier, um sich auf die neue Saison vorzubereiten. Da trifft man dann auch schon den oder die ein oder andere im Fahrrad Café in den Bergen. Und wer lieber am Haus bleiben will, der nutzt einfach die Sportgeräte im Co-Living oder schließt sich hier einer Yoga Einheit an. Das Arbeiten wird hier einem sehr leicht gemacht: das Internet läuft gut und stabil, überall befinden sich Steckdosen und ausreichend Platz, um in Ruhe am nächsten virtuellen Meeting teilzunehmen. Dieser Ort ist eine absolute Empfehlung und ich kann es kaum erwarten, wieder Zeit dort zu verbringen.

Best place in the world ❤️ The energy is so beautiful here, I immediately felt at home when I arrived. The house is clean, fully equipped with everything you need and has lovely furnishing. The garden is beautiful with so many places where you can work and afterwords you have a jump in the pool and a drink at the bar ✨ The view is amazing with on one side the sea and on the other side the MontGo (the mountain). And last but not least Coco who created this amazing place with so much love, you can really feel it in everything she and Jerry are hosting it so good, they really make you feel comfortable and welcome. So I can really recommend to visit

I've stayed multiple times at the COliving and enjoy the space and amenities! The house is beautiful and has many areas to work from (I like working by the pool or at the long table indoors). I find that I'm very inspired working at the location with beautiful views. I also enjoy meeting all the other COlivers and COworkers and everyone has been respectful. I would recommend this place as a nice workation (:

I’ve stayed here twice for a month each time, and I can’t recommend this coliving space enough! The house itself is absolutely beautiful, with thoughtfully designed spaces perfect for both work and relaxation. The cocktails are hands-down some of the best I’ve had—whether you’re looking for a classic or something unique, you won’t be disappointed. Jerry and Coco are exceptional hosts; they go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home and create a warm, welcoming environment. Already looking forward to coming back next year!
