- "I've left my small 13' MacBook on Alicante aeropuerto during security pass. Only one option I found to get it back was Gropo 21 as recommended by Lost Property Office. They asked price 120 euro for shipping to Poland and just wrapped my laptop in thin folio and put between piece of old flattened 2 cardboards and sent it like a common book without any good protection .Considering this highly cheap neglecting packing a price 120 euro is very unfair against customers to pack expensive laptop in such way .Absolutely NOT recommended"
