- "Have met with Lola and Mari 3 times and also had some phone calls with Mari. When I met them both in person, they were both so kind, with big smiles, reassuring me that the process would be straight forward, as I was a little anxious it being my first time declaring my income. Each appointment went smoothly and everything was well explained to me. If I queried anything, it was always answered swiftly, and they took time to make sure I did understand everything.
