"7 years with Sabadell for my *small company*, had to deal with them in several occasions of bad attention, charges that they cant can't explain and refund, but last 2 years or so, a nightmare. Nobody knows, none cares if you need a new debit card "you are naked". No matter you go in presence, phone, digital. Their app sucks. I had 3 months waiting a replacement card, they knew, they had an internal mail with complaint and instructions from Madrid, but they just couldn't deliver and care. Could not even handle my request to cancel the account. Ended giving up. A FRAUD. Lots of this charges without explanation. Pretty sure BVBA is buying it because they are a deep hole."

"I took a number and waited for an hour without being called, even though there were no other customers in the bank. After an hour, I pulled a second number, and this time I was called after just 5 minutes. I had applied for an account online and received 4 emails from BBVA, instructing me to go to a branch to verify my identity with my passport. I showed this email to the staff member, but she told me she couldn't process it and that my passport wasn't a valid document for this? Seriously?!"
