Exelente servicio, buenos technicos

Although the company has qualified personnel, it can only use its potential to a very limited extent because the owner does not stick to agreements with customers, is forgetful and misses clearly agreed appointments. We made investments in the good five-digit range at the company and were therefore good customers. Nevertheless, the owner has not adhered to dates without giving reasons or prior notification. Explanations or possibly even an apology are not given. On the contrary: The owner sends his staff at other times than the agreed to the customers and also threatens that no further visit takes place when no one is reachable at this time specified by him. This approach seemed to us more than strange, so we have adjusted the business relationship with the company. Although the owner is generally a sociable person, he increasingly seems to lose control of his clients and his business affairs. Therefore judgment: not recommended.
