  • "Bij mij hebben ze mooi werk geleverd ,keuken, inbouwkasten , deuren enz.Saúl is heel professioneel, misschien ietsje te opdringerig met zijn ideeën, en soms langere wachttijden dan afgesproken. Veronica heeft ook veel kennis van zaken en Mario is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik ben zeer tevreden van het resultaat, de werkmannen hebben heel goed werk gedaan. Ik zou ze zeker aanraden, zeer degelijk materiaal, en heel goede afwerking. Als je kiest voor kwaliteit en fijn afgeleverd werk, en je hebt een beetje geduld, dan is cocinas Savi zeker een aanrader, bedankt aan het hele team!!!!Pascal"

  • "Paid A LOT of money for a sofa. Once this store have your money, there is terrible customer service. All they do is blame the factory. They do not keep you informed. Easy get out. There is a store that sells the same sofas and brand for the same price around the corner. My advice is to buy from there. You may at least get some courtesy and consideration from the shop owners. Why? It took weeks longer to be delivered than promised. I had to keep chasing, as they never kept us informed. Then, within about 2 months, the sofa was broken. Took a long time to collect the defective sofa (many calls and emails chasing for help). Once collected, we were told we would have no sofa for 3 weeks, which turned out to be 5 weeks. No sofa for 5 weeks, during Oct/Nov, when you want to relax in the dark evenings... Then, finally, we arrange for 'fixed' sofa to be returned and the delivery team do not turn up. I took a day off work, waiting all day. Again, no information. Me chasing the shop. Nothing. Not even a reply. Disappointed, to say the least."
