Ich kann nur abraten. Es muss alles bezahlt werden bevor geliefert ist, dann extrem unprofessionell. Ein Abend vorher bekam ich Bescheid das die Klima installiert werden soll. Ich hab abgesagt, war zu kurzfristig. Standen trotzdem in der Wohnung und er wurde frech. Jetzt bettel ich seit über einer Woche rum, das die meinen Schlüssel raus rücken. Heute Morgen am Telefon sagte sie, ich kann den im Laden abholen, ich fahr 150km hin, keiner weiß Bescheid. Dann wurde ich zum Lager geschickt. Jetzt habe ich einen falschen Schlüssel hier, ich soll dann morgen woanders hinfahren und den holen. Leute, kauft da nicht

If you’re looking for lots of headaches, unprofessionalism, misery, incompetent employees and if you are extremely patient, then this is without a doubt the place to be. I have now dealt with this business for the 2nd time (sadly). The first time because I didn’t know any better, and the second time because there was a furniture package from them included in the purchase of the apartment. At the first apartment, I ordered the furniture from a catalog, you know little and think this business is posh. From wrong furniture, to damaged furniture (obvious to see, but you paid for new), to a new refrigerator door that just came from the practice complex of a golf course. This door had so many dents it makes you sick, and this in a brand new apartment. This door was then finally replaced after six months with another door with “only” 1 dent in it. For the rest, I ordered from them, and now you have to read carefully, a household package. I paid a whopping 5,000 Euros for this! To then get whatsapp messages, this is not included, and this is not included. Fortunately, I had kept up with the earlier whatsapp messages stating what was included. When I sent them those they had no choice but to provide the supposedly not included items anyway. Very bad that you have to do all this as a customer. Then let’s take a look at the contents of this 5,000 Euro package. Pans that are wobbling on the fire, electrical appliances that one does not even dare to sell at the local flea market. Truly garbage of the highest order. Half of what one needs to live comfortably was not even there. I had to drive to IKEA to spend another 600 euros. This is not what you expect when you buy, according to IrelStudio, a complete household package. I repeat, again ,5000 Euros! At the 2nd apartment, this may have included a furniture package, but I did buy the household package elsewhere. You go to Action Elche or Torrevieja, there you take everything you need, and then you pay +/- 700/800 Euro. For everything, and a very decent quality. Not the junk you buy from IrelStudio. Of course, the furniture package that comes with the purchase is of even lower quality than what one might buy in the cheapest furniture store. So I went there and was helped this time by Amanda, she was going to “compensate” for all the problems I had had in the first apartment, and she promised me heaven on earth. With her this would never, ever happen. I, the fool, believed her, because she could explain. Much blablabla but little boom-bap, it would turn out later. So I do an upgrade of almost 5,000 Euro, for an electric toldo, an induction cooktop, an 8kg washing machine instead of a 6kg washing machine, beds with storage underneath, another seat, a big fan in the bedroom, etc etc…. This was in December 2023. I order everything and sign everything off. I went back to their store in February 2024 to make an adjustment regarding the electric toldo. I wanted to order a mechanical one. Ok no problem, until they came with the bill, I had to pay MORE for a lower quality product!!! Because the price of the aluminum had gone up!!! Surely this is unbelievable! If they didn’t cheat you at IrelStudio, it’s a sign they forgot. I agree anyway, because I had to have that toldo anyway. A delivery date is agreed upon months in advance, which and you guessed it, is obviously NOT respected. You should know, though, that every time someone comes to do something I have to bother another person to come open the door. After all, I live 2,000 km away. The day of delivery you then get an email, we are coming tomorrow. Ok well, so far so good. They then show up the next day, but don’t have half of it with them. 1/2

Geen na service al 4 weken geleden gebeld dat airco vreselijk stinkt en lekt op de meibels al 3 mensen naservice gekregen aan de lijn . Toldo´s hetzelfde al 2 x moeten komen op 6 maanden tijd de 2de keer ben ik nog op aan het wachten . Ze sturen u van kastje naar de muur . Niet ok

ENGLISH: I bought a sofa available in the store as needed asap, I couldn’t wait 4 or 5 weeks delivery. I paid half the value of the sofa (848 eur), the other half was to be paid after delivery. After delivery to my house and assembly, the sofa turned out to be broken – a manufacturing defect (frame was crooked). The installers made a video, called the seller on the video. After about 3 hours, the sofa was taken away and I was offered a new one, but in 4-5 weeks. This solution was not acceptable to me, I needed the sofa immediately. The store informed me that I would be refunded 80% of the amount I paid, 20% is a payment for transport and assembly. When I bought the sofa, transport and assembly were included in the price. They are supported by an invoice signed by me, which states that in unjustified cases of return the customer loses 20% (photo of the document below). Any explanations that it was a justified return, confirmed by the seller (her decision was to take the sofa and return it to the factory because it has construction defects) helped. Basically, it is about 170 euros. I can’t believe how you can treat a customer like this. If I changed my mind, I understand, it is an unjustified return, but the sofa was broken. I talked to several people from shop, I am surprised by the owner’s approach, that such a serious person is so focused on 170 euros. They still have not given me back the 80% because I referred the matter to the consumer rights ombudsman. RECOMMENDATION – AVOID this store, because they are not acting fair. I will take any advice from any of you what else I should do in this matter to show the staff and the owner how not to treat customers. ESPANOL (Google traslato): Compré un sofá disponible en la tienda y no podía esperar 4 o 5 semanas para recibirlo. Pagué la mitad del valor del sofá (848 euros), la otra mitad debía pagarla después de la entrega. Después de ser entregado en casa y ensamblado, el sofá resultó estar roto, un defecto de fabricación (la estructura estaba torcida). Los instaladores grabaron un vídeo y llamaron al vendedor por vídeo. Después de unas 3 horas me quitaron el sofá y me ofrecieron uno nuevo, pero en 4-5 semanas. Esta solución me resultó inaceptable, necesitaba un sofá de inmediato. La tienda me informó que me reembolsarían el 80% del importe pagado, el 20% era el coste del transporte y montaje. Cuando compré el sofá, el envío y el montaje estaban incluidos en el precio. Lo respaldan con una factura que firmé, que dice que en caso de devolución injustificada, el cliente pierde el 20% (foto del documento a continuación). Ninguna explicación de que se trataba de una devolución legítima, confirmada por la vendedora, ayudó (su decisión fue coger el sofá y devolverlo a fábrica porque tenía defectos de diseño). Básicamente ronda los 170 euros. No puedo creer cómo se puede tratar a un cliente así. Si cambio de opinión, lo entiendo, es una devolución injustificada, pero el sofá estaba roto. Hablé con varias personas de la tienda, me sorprende la actitud del dueño de que una persona tan seria esté tan centrada en 170 euros. Aún no me han devuelto el 80% porque remití el asunto al Defensor del Consumidor. RECOMENDACIÓN – EVITE esta tienda porque no se comportan honestamente. Aceptaré cualquier consejo de cualquiera de ustedes sobre qué más debo hacer al respecto para mostrarle al personal y al propietario cómo no tratar a los clientes.

Nous avons commandé tous nos meubles chez eux pour une somme très élevée. Le meuble du living n’était pas le bon. Ils savaient qu’ils devaient venir le changer mais ils font l’autruche et on a attendu 4 mois avant qu’ils viennent le rechercher bien sûr sans apporter celui qu’on avait choisi 1an avant !!!!! On a demandé le remboursement. Après 1 an de commande, nous estimons avoir bien droit à ce remboursement !!!! Ils nous ont remboursés en déduisant des frais alors qu’ils sont à 300 % en faute !!!! Ils nous devaient aussi des lampes extérieures idem des frais qui sortent on ne sait pas d’où !!!! Pour nous, pas sérieux et surtout pas honnête !!! Dany Meessen

Ze maken eerst fouten om de Toldo op ons dak te zetten met te lange vijzen waardoor onze dakbedekking beschadigd is geraakt. We hebben een parasol besteld in juni vorig jaar. Was dan het verkeerde model, we zijn ter plaatse ze beloven ons een parasol te leveren op 3 juni, niemand gezien of gehoord die dag! Dan zeggen dat het model pas in mei 2025 geleverd zal worden, (2 jaar later te belachelijk voor woorden) we vragen ons geld terug en ze doen zelfs niet de moeite! Nog altijd op ons geld aan het wachten…. Nooit meer!!!!

I definitely don’t recommend it. They do not keep their words, they set deadlines and do not meet them, there is no contact with the client.The furniture and equipment delivered does not comply with the order. General: one big problem.

I definitely don’t recommend it. Mistakes, late orders, 7 weeks of delay in installation( still not done), the date was changed 5 times and, above all, a total lack of communication. They do not respond to emails, WhatsApp or text messages. I have never experienced such bad customer service.

Irel heeft een toldo bij ons geplaatst. Ze mochten een bout gebruiken van 5 cm. Ze hebben er 1 van 6 cm gebruikt. Waardoor we nu gaatjes hebben in onze vochtwerende doek op het dakterras. Na 8weken. Irel zegt nog altijd dat wij dit hadden moeten vaststellen door een expert. Maar we hebben foto’s en filmpjes over deze toestand. Irel komt niet langs om dit te repareren of te bekijken. Nu hebben wij gaatjes op ons dakterras en Irel zegt eigenlijk los het zelf op.

Ich habe sechs Monate darauf gewartet, dass der unvollständige Teil eintrifft. Jedes Mal müssen Sie mit einer neuen Person sprechen, die sich um Ihr Problem kümmert, und am Ende gibt es keine Neuigkeiten. Leider hatte ich keine Erfahrungen, der Preis ist sehr hoch, aber Service und Qualität stimmen nicht überein. Nach 1 Woche Nutzung hat sich das Sofa bewegt und ist weich geworden.

Wij zijn erg goed en prettig geholpen door Lucia. Geen enkele druk om te kopen werd op ons uitgeoefend.

Verschikkelijk service ik heb in februari mijn spullen besteld en nog niet alles gekregen! Mijn eettafel brengen ze kapot en komen ze niet maken of omruilen. Communicatie is heel slecht en niemand weet iets te vertellen ik heb nu verschillende nummers geprobeerd maar ze sturen je steeds door! Dus koop hier niets want na maanden ben je nog achter je spullen aan het gaan helaas!

Meer dan 4 maanden verder en nog steeds zijn deze stoelen niet vervangen. Sales ze praten goed. Aftersales een groot horror verhaal. Ik nooit meer. Een gewaarschuwd mens telt voor twee.

Was very dissatisfied with the service provided and communication with the staff. I ordered a small display case with glass but the glass was broken. They promised to replace within a week but disappeared. I ordered it myself and paid extra because we were leaving and it was impossible to wait any longer. They wrote a month later (glass arrived) when we were at home in Luxembourg and began to demand full payment. We corresponded for half a year about glass and the balance of the amount. In communication, the staff was extremely aggressive and frightened me with a court!!! I was back in Torrevieja a week ago and paid the balance to forget this company forever. I wanted to meet with management to talk about the situation but was again deceived by the staff. I hope you are reading this review. Furniture quality is very mediocre for the high price… Very bad customer service!!! Not caring about deadlines and cheating customers!!! I will never recommend to anyone. Avoid this place (((((((

Wenn die etwas verkaufen, dann sind die Verkäufer nett. Wenn es später ein Problem gibt, muss man sehr geduldig sein. In Juni einen Tisch bestellt, im Voraus bezahlt, der Liefertermin wurde nicht eingehalten und der Tisch mit Defekt geliefert. In Dezember wurde der Tisch endlich ausgetauscht.

Cuando he necesitado que vivieran a revisar mi sofá, al día siguiente estaban allí. Son resolutivos, agradables y profesionales; tanto la chica que atiende al teléfono como los chicos que vienen a casa.
