We have been using Javea Rentals for over 5years as we have a good relationship with Sandie who looks after every aspect of our villa Sandie is always available and very helpful and knowledgeable of the Javea area . We would recommend highly the services Sandie and her team provide , Trusting you will be in good hands along the way to help you

Finding the right Long Term Villa Rental, in what was a very short timeframe allowance, was made so much easier by Sandie and her Team. Smooth transition throughout with a much needed personal touch. Thankyou...

The cooperation we've had from Sandie and her team has been exemplary. (The plumber arrived within half an hour!) The house has been perfect for us and we were grateful for their initial patience and forbearance whilst waiting for us to return from abroad to sign off on the house. We have been assured that 'long-term' really means long-term and look forward to some years in the agency's capable hands.

Sandie has been super helpful. Not just securing a fabulous rental property, but also giving us advice and local recommendations. Can't recommend her enough for all the help when we'd just moved to Spain.

Excellent service with Javea Rentals. After having horrendous experiences in the past with other rental agencies in Javea it was great to find someone professional and trustworthy. Javea Rentals reduced the stress of moving house, would highly recommend!

We have just renewed our contract with Javea Rentals for the 8th year and would highly recommend them. Sandie is very friendly and always responds to our communications promptly either via phone or email, answering any queries we have. Being local, it is easy for us to drop into the office when required and we look forward to continuing our relationship for the foreseeable future.

If you are looking for a company to rent your property then choose Javea Rentals. Through the whole process they have listened to what we wanted for our property. We met with Sandie, who was very professional and knowledgeable within this industry. We have no hesitation in recommending Sandie, and her company. Sandie, is always there if you have any issues and provides a first class service. Thank you Javea Rentals

Excellent service from Sandie and Javea Rentals. Very responsive and efficient, in a fast moving market this is exactly what you need. We viewed a property and signed the contract within 24 hours. I then had to head back to the UK for a month, Sandie stayed in touch via WhatApp and kept me appraised of developments. When there was a delay on one of my international payments, Sandie made sure the Landlord was kept informed and reassured. We even managed to move in a little earlier than we initially thought possible. Overall an excellent service, highly recommended.

I’ve been working with Sandie of Jávea Rentals for many years now & she has always been very professional, efficient & communicative

We couldn't have found a better company than Javea Rentals. Sandie was very helpful and there were no hidden charges, thanks to her we are now happily settled. Well done to all the friendly staff in the office
