J’ai réservé un saut en parachute ascentionnel via Yumping, un dimanche matin pour le lendemain : 60€ pour une montée. Après le paiement en ligne sur le site Yumping, j’ai contacté cette entreprise pour convenir d’un horaire et on m’a demandé de payer 20€ de plus en arrivant car le prix sur le site n’est pas le bon. J’ai expliqué que je ne payerai pas davantage car c’était injuste et qu’il n’avait qu’à annuler la réservation s’il ne voulait pas me faire faire l’activité. Forcément il a refusé en me disant que l’annonce n’était pas bonne (annonce dont CE VENDEUR a la gestion !) J’ai dû envoyer plusieurs emails et finalement appeler le site Yumping pour leur expliquer et me faire rembourser. Il se trouve que ce vendeur a plusieurs annonces avec des prix différents, la mauvais localisation… mais comme par hasard le bon numéro de téléphone et l’argent qui rentre bien dans son portefeuille ;) Je ne saurai jamais si c’est fait exprès pour empocher de l’argent cash après la réservation en ligne mais dans tous les cas, c’est très peu commerçant de me laisser voir avec le site Internet directement alors qu’il pouvait annuler tout simplement l’activité. Heureusement Yumping a compris et a fait un rappel à ce vendeur qui a visiblement déjà été informé qu’il avait plusieurs annonces en ligne !

Terrible service! Booked the day before for 11:30 the next day and arrived early as requested. Was told booking would have to be moved to 1.30pm as they had overbooked since we had booked it! Then told could squeeze us in for the original time, after we said we couldn’t do the later time and would just take a refund. Sat for almost over an hour waiting until finally getting set up to go. Guys only gave very basic instructions to us of how to use masks and hand signals, unlike the other groups there at the time who received much more time spent with them! Waste of time and money. Would not recommend.

Malísima atención por parte de los encargados y de los responsables. Reservamos una experiencia en parasailing y tras esperar durante 45 minutos porque “se retrasó el vuelo”, nos dicen que el barco salió sin nosotros y se habían olvidado de que estábamos. El contrato ya estaba firmado y nadie nos daba una explicación de ese error. Los responsables son dos personas mayores, seguramente jubiladas, y sin ganas de trabajar ni respeto por nada ni por nadie. Experiencia nefasta, no lo recomiendo para nada!

Have always wanted to do parasailing. On booking unfortunately my friend was informed she would be unable to do parasailing due to pregnancy but they said she could sit in the boat. I was very apprehensive about doing it on my own so i asked if one of the reps could come with me. After abit of perseverance the boss allowed one of the staff members Vincente to accompany me on the parasailing :) Vincente reassured me throughout at times when i felt terrified up in the air and overall it was a really good experience. One i will always remember thank you Vincente sending you lots of ❤️ and big thank you to your boss for allowing you to enjoy the experience with me. Especially as it was both a 1st experience for both of us x p.s. thank you to Ita aswell for your reassurance x

I went to enquire about para sailing on a whim and was up in the air 20 mins later. Such a great experience, all the staff were friendly and helpful. My only regret is that I didn’t get photos of my experience, I was too excited by the activity to think at the time. Oh well I have the memories! The views from up in the air are incredible and I felt very safe. Would highly recommend

Went parasailing with them, had a wonderful time with pictures to prove it (€20 extra). Wish we could have had longer in the air but all the other parasailing places offer the same so can’t complain. Would recommend.

A really nice experience for us who’d never jet-skied before. We hired two jet-skies for 30 minutes for the four of us and we were taken care of very well in this regard in terms of being shown how to operate the jet-skies and the basic rules for safety. Very friendly operator and highly recommended.

What a terrible time we had with the jet ski experience. We paid for our son to have 30 minutes on a jet ski for his birthday only to have but ruined by the guide Peter/Pedro Right from the start peter was aggressive and rude, shouting and swearing at my son because he couldn’t hold a straight line. We wasn’t showed how to handle the jet ski or even given a few minutes to get the hang of it. He even threatened to throw his phone in the sea if he didn’t smile for a photo. We spoke to the lady on the sea front who was lovely and helpful. She assured us she would have him in and have a word. But looking back on past reviews it seems it not his firts time and he clearly hasn’t got any respect for paying customers. Not only was this a waste of 100 euros It also ruined my sons birthday.

Had the parasailing experience with me, my son and my sister. Had a good experience overall. But I wouldn’t recommend paying the extra €20 for the gopro thays not a genuine gopro. Had some great photos and videos of our experience and was told that they’d be sent in an email. After going back a few days later before we flew home they told us that they put all their emails for in capital letter?!?!?!? Waited a few more days when we go back home and still no footage or images. This has really tainted what was a great experience and wouldn’t go back.

We did an hour out on the Jet Ski and got to see some beautiful scenery. For my first time ever on and driving a jet ski Peter made any nerves melt away. Wet suits are provided and you can purchase waterproof cases for phones for only €10 (very useful if you plan on doing a lot in the water). Thank you Peter for a fabulous time out on the water and our gorgeous pictures!

Jet ski in benidorm for two hours along coast a must do! However the cost is very expensive when compared to a similar experience I had in florida which offered more to see and more relaxed riding and breaks to take photos etc we were out our full time however. Your guide will assess your riding ability and adjust the speed to your ability and confidence. Expect to see mostly cliff edges as you can be moving and focused on where your going so fast you miss taking in most of the coast line. You should know upon arrival you will have to wade /swim out to be taken on a ski to your one. Do listen to them when leaving your hat behind. I had a hat keeper and the clip did not keep hold of my hat and lost it to the med 10 min before my session end .. For the price paid it was not great value for money and can see why many would pass on taking part. Peter the guide was clear in operation of the jet ski. Would I do this again in benidorm? Sadly no, I didn’t feel it warranted the high price. Would I recommend you perhaps give it a try for 30 mins? Well that depends on your budget but it’s defiantly nice to experience a blast in the Mediterranean.
