Am închiriat pentru zece zile o mașină de la ei, prin Ryanair, am plătit inclusiv asigurări făcute de Ryanair la o societate pe care aceștia zic ca ei nu o recunosc și dacă tot am venit prin alți ofertanți ei vor o plata de 1200 EUR sau 344 EUR alta asigurare . Am refuzat și am trecut la art ghișeu al altui ofertant și am plătit mult mai puțin. Ok Mobility sunt hoți, au primit banii o data și mai vor de doua ori. Propun să fie evitați de toți clienții de închiriere auto.

Aggressives Verkaufen von Upgrades. Ich könnte mir das Personal auch als Telefonisten im Enkeltrick-Schockanruf-Gewerbe vorstellen. Immerhin: Einen Stern hat der Standort für die wirklich hervorragende Rückgabeprozedur verdient: zügig mit Rückgabeprotokoll, Lob für Sauberkeit in meinem Auto und sofortige Kautionsfreigabe. Da ist ganz anderes Personal als beim Verkaufsschalter.

My husband and I had a frustrating experience with OK Mobility at Alicante Airport on September 18, 2024. Despite having prepaid for full insurance via Booking.com, the agent insisted it was inadequate, claiming we’d risk out-of-pocket costs and unreliable reimbursement unless we bought their own €260 coverage. Her high-pressure tactics and refusal to honor our existing insurance felt like an attempt to force unnecessary charges. And ultimately she was providing FALSE information: our insurance was full, and she said it wasn’t. OK Mobility seems to attract customers with low rates, only to impose hidden fees at pickup. We witnessed similar treatment of other customers, suggesting this is a widespread practice. I’ll be reporting this experience to Google and Booking.com to alert others—if you value straightforward service, I recommend steering clear of OK Mobility.

If there was an option to give -100 stars I would have chosen that option. We paid for a car. Went to the airport to pick it up. Car wasn’t available, they offered another one. Okay, we took it! They tried to upgrade us, we didn’t want to. Then we had to pay additional 300 euros for insurance or whatever it was because we didn’t have a credit card for deposit. Supposedly they weren’t able to reserve money with a debit card. However, they were able to reserve with a debit card for the other 100 euros for whatever extra payment was needed, which I find ridiculous. Overall scammers!!!! Horrible service and horrible people working there. My blood boiled and I hope they go bankrupt or whatever. Horrible!

Ok mobility provided a quick and simple process to hire a vehicle for the 11 day holiday. There was no pressure from the ok personnel to upgrade once we were clear on what was required. The car itself was one of the Far Eastern hybrids which was big enough for the four of us. The return was really good and got us on our way quickly. The release of the blocked deposit on our card was quick. Will use Ok Mobility again

The guys simply have stolen from me EUR760 for asdumed damages for the car. I took pictures on 01/10/2024, it was full of scratches, during my rental i had no any single accident and I feel like being cheated by representatives of OK Mobility at Alicante Airport. I would also notice that when i returned the car, the office was closed and no one did check the car in my presence. Despite my complain, it took them five days to send their pictures which tells for itself. They are cheaters and scammers!

Eerst bij ophalen verplichten ze je min of meer om allerlei extra verzekeringen af te sluiten Ook al zeg je dat je een verzekering hebt dan nog blijven ze doorgaan met je van alles aan te praten «Anders krijgt u de auto niet mee» Bij inleveren was alles akkoord Samen om de auto gelopen «Bewijs wordt per mail gestuurd» Echter daarna begint de ellende Er is schade geconstateerd, maar na aantal keren gebeld te hebben weigeren ze om foto’s te sturen van de schade Gelukkig had ik een verzekering afgesloten bij doyouspain waar ik de auto gehuurd had Okmobility die dus in Spanje de auto levert probeert je gewoon op te lichten met nepschades Mijn verzekering dekt de schade (€460) maar okmobility heeft er dus weer voordeel van Weet echt wel dat er geen schade was maar helaas houden zij vol Dus ik zeg huur hier geen auto

October 2024 Been to Spain 6 or 7 times this year, plus the family has been here too. Always OK Mo. Got a really good deal on a new BMW . Great Service as always, no messing about, no Con Tricks… sorted. No more updates, try for ya’self. July 2024 Been 3 times this year. Car and service Spot On. Due back in August. While the service is quick, easy & the right price, without unwanted Overselling, we’ll keep coming back. Its that simple. Jan 2024 update Sadly After Excellent Service we are having to look elsewhere. Prices have Rocketed if you’re over 69 ridiculous Shame really. -=======- Updated Nov 2023….. nothing has changed. Great service, great car, great people…… just great ! Updated Post July 2023 – Been with OK now at least 9 times ! ( corection 10 ! My daughters just picked up a car today 30th ) Never a problem. No Post Rental additional bogus claims or charges. ( Like Some !!!) Great Service once again this week. All paperwork sorted and keys in hand, quicker than you could nip to the Loo ! ( seriously ) Is this a Top Tip ? Book Direct, in advance. It could save you queueing…. it did for us. ( From our side – We have all the paperwork sorted ready, and we return the car Clean Inside and fully fuelled ) . So far, So good, we’ll be back in a few weeks. And, No, I dont work there or have any connections to OK Mo. ( I would add, I’ve read lots of reviews, including all the bad ones, and over the 17 years we’ve been travelling to Alicante we’ve used almost every car rental service. Wed 2nd Oct 2024 – Alicante Airport *BE CAREFUL USING THIS COMPANY* Booked via Ryanair The lady at the counter said the insurance I bought separately wasn’t recognised and I had to pay an extra €296 for their insurance, otherwise she would put a block charge of €1300 on my credit card which would stay for 30 days after the car had been returned. I paid the €296 plus a €150 credit card block charge if I didn’t bring the car back with a full tank but it felt like a high pressure sales technique, so in the end I cancelled the car hire losing the original £70.00 booking, as I don’t do business with companies that employ these tactics. Buying their insurance and the price of it, should have been made clear from the beginning. Ryanair should be more careful who they do business with. Be aware that this company advertises car hire at a low rate but on arrival they will not accept any other car insurance other than their own which will cost you an extra €296!

Waarschuwing slechte auto en afpersing verzekering! Wij hadden geboekt en betaald aan DoYouSpain €275,22 voor een Ford Focus (5deuren)met een platina verzekering erbij. Aangekomen op het vliegveld Alicante wilde ze ons een klein autootje aansmeren. Uiteindelijk werd ons een grotere Kia 5(deuren) aangeboden. Wel moesten we nog € 333,00 betalen voor een verzekering aan Rent a CAR anders kregen wij de auto niet mee! Na veel gebakkelei hebben we toch maar die € 333,00 betaald. Daar bleef het echter niet bij, want na deze betaling moesten we nog eens € 150 betalen aan Rent a CAR voor ruitschade en borg. We waren het zo zat, dat we die € 150 ook nog eens betaald hebben. Overigens de Kia zat rondom met schade! We voelden ons opgelicht! De ellende was nog niet voorbij, want na drie keer de auto te hebben gebruikt kwamen we met pannen te staan (lampjes branden op display in auto). De auto bleek onvoldoende olie te hebben en de termijn voor onderhoud bleek al lang verstreken te zijn. In het weekend is Ok Mobilitie niet bereikbaar, dus het werd pas maandag dat wij contact konden krijgen met OK Mobility. Een autoambulance kwam de Kia ophalen en wij moesten met een taxi naar Alicante om een andere auto op te halen. Ze konden ons alleen een klein autootje aanbieden. Als troost hoefde wij de de auto waarmee wij nog 2 dagen zouden rijden bij inleveren niet aftanken. Voor 8 dagen hebben we € 758,22 moeten betalen voor de huur van één kapotte auto en autootje. De borg van € 150 is uiteindelijk terug betaald.

Biggest scammers in Alicante Airport! OK Mobility, Aicante Airport. Absolute scammers, to be avoided! My flight arriving in Alicante was delayed by an hour and by the time we arrived at 2.15am, OK Mobility were closed. We got a taxi to our house and returned to the airport on the bus later that day. We were informed that as it was more than 4hrs after the scheduled time, our car had been given to someone else. Absolute lies. We were then told that there were no cars left in the range I booked, again absolute lies. Their parking bays were almost full because I checked. I asked when a car would be available in my range and I was told there wouldn’t be any. Total lies. I could however, pay €197 for an upgrade as they had a car available! I was refused a refund which was my preferred option. I had a heated exchange with the man behind the counter and told him that I knew it was lies and fraud, but he wouldn’t move. I had to get my family a car so I had to pay the price. My travel insurance should cover it but that’s not the point. This is an old trick used by OK Mobility, I have heard of them doing it to other people. I requested the complaints book which I filled in, so we’ll see if I hear anything more about it, but I doubt it. Car hire companies at the airport all have a bad reputation but this mob are extremely crooked.

ARNAQUE !!!! Jusqu’à maintenant, quand je réservais une voiture en France ou à l’étranger, je payais avec ma carte gold, donc avec l’assurance de celle-ci, et je n’ai jamais eu de problème même hors Europe. Ici, vous réservez en ligne, et le jour où vous prenez votre véhicule sur place, ils vous disent que leur assurance est obligatoire ??? Parce que sur votre carte il n’y a pas marqué «Crédit «. Donc ils refuse de vous donner la voiture (que vous avez payée) pour l’avoir il vous faut payer 400 € d’assurance, alors que la location de voiture vous a coûtée 295 €. Vous payez donc leur assurance, en vous disant que vous verrez cela plus tard avec le service client. Erreur !!! Impossible de joindre cette société par téléphone, mail, etc, il n’y a que le site de réservation. C’est une société Espagnole, qui commence à s’implanter en France, j’ai donc essayé de joindre le siège France, même chose aucune réponse. Pour info, le client qui était devant moi avait une carte bancaire Américaine avec marqué «crédit » dessus, la personne de l’accueil lui a rétorqué que c’était bien marqué sur la carte, mais pas dans les faits ???? Bref je me suis fait arnaquer de 400 €, même avec un check-out nickel. A FUIR……..VOLEURS.

I was still ok with the very long waiting time for getting the car as the employees are drilled to sell you all the possible upgrades. But what I can’t stand is getting ripped off. They charge me 70 EUR for fuel with a contract clearly saying Full/Full which for me means I bring it back full, which I did and it’s documented, then get my deposit back like at any other car rental and believe me I rented a lot of cars. But after one month of not getting my money back I called customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do. I should have brought it back empty. That’s a clear rip off, sorry to say.

Absolute scammers, I have booked a small SUV vehicle through a third party online, upon picking up the vehicle, they tried to substitute a different vehicle that I was supposed to pay 3x times more expensive then the vehicle I have prebooked and prepayed, when I disagreed the woman on the till went ultra rude, then she tried to charge me for extra insurance 3,5times more then the rental price which i declined it, then she raised my deposit with 200 euros more then the original deposit I was supposed to pay, in the end she tried with the road recovery payment. A fine occurred after after my return, and I paid the fine with their fee totalling 37€, and I received an email that the issue is settled. After 3 months, they’ve charged me 25€ for some other fake fees for the same fine.
