- "If I could give this place less of a review then I would. We have used easyhire for years purely for the cost and most definitely not for the quality of their scooters which are all cracked, broken, poor battery life etc. we had booked 3 double limos for 3 disabled elderly couples. Unfortunately we had accidentally broken a window whilst reversing and we paid in full for the damage. On returning the scooter the company refused to return the deposit despite paying the full cost of the window. There was no damage done to the scooter which they said there was. The manager (Charlie), being the man he is put the phone down on me and despite explaining these were disabled elderly people he didn’t care. We contacted the policia but because it was a small amount they would not come out to us, I was told that with the amount of issues with easyhire that they would need to have police there everyday. another scooter continuously lost power despite being fully charged each night. Would not recommend these poor quality scooters difficult to deal with rogue people .. so disappointed"
