  • "We didn’t enjoy fishing day! 4h of boring trolling out of 6h trip.1h fishing itself. 1h in and back. Where only the crew deal with the rod and didn’t explain anything. You pay a lot for fishing day and you get feeling that the crew is chasing for the tuna only, which if the caught, they do exscuses and the end of the trip not to give the fish to people who paid for the day! This is very rude - we are not sponsoring fuel for you, so at the end of the day the crew not only collect money, buy fishes as well. Ridiculous. And no one was friendly from the crew either. Don't recommend!!!"

The boat was beautiful, so much fun snorkelling and paddle boarding which was all provided on the boat (snorkel masks/board) We sailed to Tarbarca Island which was beautiful and stopped for lunch and a little look round then back to the boat for more swimming/snorkelling. We were very lucky to see some dolphins too sailing back to the marina at Torrevieja. We are a family of 8 and all had plenty of room to sit/move around the boat comfortably. Would highly recomend. We will definitely be re booking for next year."

  • "Ich habe mir ein Licence pflichtiges Boot ausgeliehen. Die Kommunikation und Betreuung war von Anfang an super. Part Mail angefragt, schnell eine erste Rückmeldung erhalten. Dann per WhatsApp zu Wetter und guten Zeiten für die Miete ausgetauscht. Sogar ein Video für die perfekte Anfahrt zum Hafen erhalten. Danke dafür. Parken kann man kostenlos direkt beim Vermieter. Wurde dazu persönlich an der Einfahrt mit der Schranke abgeholt. Isbel der uns betreute kommt aus Kuba und ist ein cooler Typ. Es hat Spaß gemacht, die Zeit mit einem gute Boot auf dem Wasser zu verbringen. Das Benzin wird auch 1:1 abgerechnet, da man nach dem Ausflug gemeinsam tanken fährt. Komme gerne wieder."

  • "Yesterday was a sad day. My friend had organised a small ceremony out at sea to fulfil his last wishes. The boat was booked for 6pm with a skipper and 7 guests. We arrived at 5.50pm as instructed to find the rental cabin all locked up. We waited and waited and tried phoning but went straight an answerphone. At 6.15 pm we went into Kekai to see if they knew where the skipper and the boat might be. Some frantic phone calls were made and we were assured the skipper would be there in 10 minutes! They'd obviously overlooked the booking as they offered us a free drink in the bar whilst we waited. My friend was understandably upset... An already emotional day was being made worse. Again we waited and eventually at around 6.40pm the skipper arrived. We went to the boat only to discover it could only take 6 people.... You really couldn't make it up! The booking slip clearly showed date, time and number of guests but this had been totally disregarded - the incompetence would have been laughable had it not been such a distressing occasion. No solutions were offered other than leaving one person behind which obviously wasn't going to happen! At this point we said we would take our deposit back and look elsewhere. This threat spurred them into action and they contacted one of the other companies to take on the job for them. Well done TORREVELA for stepping in and making this really important trip happen but shame on you At Sea for the total incompetence and lack of compassion for the situation and my friend's emotional distress. At no time was any compensation offered despite the fact that we lost half of our allocated time but it really wasn't the time to argue the point as we needed to get out to sea and back before it got dark. Please do not even contemplate using this company for any important occasions. They were fully aware of the reason for this booking but still managed to make the situation far more stressful than it already was. There are lots of companies offering these trips out so please choose one of the others and ensure your occasion isn't spoiled as ours was."

  • "Mi experiencia no ha sido todo lo agradable que me hubiera gustado, ante todo avisar a cualquier arrendatario que REVISE PERFECTAMENTE la embarcación antes de navegar que luego vienen los sustos. Alquilamos el nuva alegria.Nos mostraron el funcionamiento del barco sin enchufar el equipo de sonido, nuestra sorpresa fue al salir al mar y lo conseguimos configurar, solo funcionaba un altavoz de los cuatro que habían, ese altavoz ya había sido reparado. Al entregar el barco avisamos de buena fe que el equipo no funcionaba bien. Uno de los altavoces que no iba anteriormente estaba roto a la entrega (no pusimos problema en pagar si lo habíamos roto, aunque no funcionara anteriormente) mi sorpresa fue cuando otros dos altavoces que tampoco funcionaban nos acusan de romperlos (cosa incierta) al final llegamos a un acuerdo con Iñaki y pagamos el altavoz roto a 75€ precio de su proveedor (23€ más envio cuestan los mismos en Internet)"
