Monica sorted out our wills for us and what an excellent service. She went to our appointment with us, explained everything clearly and was with us through the entire process. This is not the first time we have used the services of SMS and it won’t be the last. Thank you Monica

Monica got us sorted with Spanish wills very quickly, professionally and at a good price. She has also completed and submitted all our paperwork for renewing our NLV's. This made the whole process simple and stress fee. Again at a very good price. We will be using Monica for all our legal procedures in the future.

I would highly recommend Russell Clements when exploring a Spanish mortgage whilst a non-resident. Russell is so responsive to any questions you may ask, a service you would never get from dealing with Spanish banks directly. He will source the most competitive options on the market and be that bridge between you and the bank for all their information needs. Simplifies the process and a must-have.

Russell is very friendly and professional. Also very quick response if you have any questions, you can connect at any time. Thank you!

We used SMS legal for our Spanish holiday home purchase. They were amazing. Both Russell and Monica dealt with our purchase smoothly and went beyond expectations to help us . Highly recommend both if anyone is looking to purchase in Spain!

From start through the whole process we could not find any fault whatsoever with SMS100. Mónica has just been amazing, she was recommended by Russell to us and he guided us straight from the start of the purchase of our house in Spain. We couldn't speak any more highly of Mónica as she did all the work when we couldn't get there . So much so , that we have been more than happy to retain her services for future business.

I Initially contacted Monica regarding a Spanish Power of Attorney and subsequently she handled the sale of my property in Orihuela Costa. I found her ability to communicate, both in writing and orally, in English and also her knowledge of UK practices for comparison purposes, very useful. She guided me through all the processes patiently and explained the next steps at every stage. She worked tirelessly with all the third parties and despite some last minute hiccups (not due to her) she worked late into the evening to ensure that completion was on time and went smoothly. I would highly recommend Monica to anyone wishing to use her for the same services I did.

After trying two different solicitors, we were given the phone number for this company, once contact was made, all went smoothly, so it comes highly recommended

A massive Thank you to Monica and her team, for another well deserved 5 star review. I would give 10 stars if possible! Monica was excellent when I ran into a problem, with my visa renewal. Monica worked hard and extremely fast to resolve my issue. As time wasn’t on my side! Monica is excellent in all she does for us, explaining keeping me updated and having patience! I can’t recommend SMS enough for all aspects of legal help. Monica has been fantastic, since we arrived in Spain. House sale, visas, driving licences tax to name but a few. She is a world of knowledge, and is a calming influence on sometimes a very stressful time. Thank you SMS I truly value your professionalism, and your continued service and support to us. Navigating in a different country can be difficult at times, but you make that a lot easier. Highly recommend SMS for all aspects.

Russell helped me with my first mortgage in Spain and I want to say he was great!! Everything went smooth and communication was phenomenal. Looking for a second mortgage now and will work on this again with Russell!
