Super tevreden over de uitzonderlijk goede dienstverlening van Anthony & Sally! Zij hebben mij fantastisch begeleid in het gehele aankooptraject. Super snelle en uitgebreide antwoorden op al mijn vragen (en dat waren er veel!). Er zit een enorme bak aan kennis en jarenlange ervaring bij het team. After such a successful purchase of a small lock up and go in Moraira via Anthony and Sally, I embarked on a journey of buying something bigger and with specific requirements, being that this will be my last house purchase. Throughout I felt supported and patiently listened to. Now I have the sea view I particularly wanted in the location I requested. I cannot recommend Anthony and Sally highly enough. Anthony and Sally helped us find a wonderful property on the outskirts of Moraira, something that was not on our radar. They helped us through every step of the purchasing process and put us in touch with an excellent local lawyer to deal with all the legals. There were no hidden surprises and out of all the properties I've purchased over the years, both at home and abroad, this was probably the smoothest and least stressful transaction. We collected the keys two week's ago and couldn't be happier!

Sally and Anthony were exceptional in the service they provided. They really listened to our needs, preferences and desires for our new adventure and we didnt feel pressured by them to make a decision. We purchased the villa of our dreams and made future friends. They have also provided a fantastic post purchase support system, sharing contacts for local services, manging hand overs of keys to trades and service provicers and generally held our hand throughout the process. Very helpful and friendly. Anthony had a wealth of knowledge of the area that we chose to look for properties in. He took the time to show us around a variety of properties and gave us his views on the pros and cons of each area - no hard sell, just a really useful opinion from someone with a lot of experience from living and working in the area. Sally was always very quick to respond to calls, emails and texts. Again, Sally has a wealth of information, not just regarding the home purchase but also has been excellent after our move. Both are very approachable and we’ve found them invaluable.

Anthony & Sally ( aka Kirsty and Phil ) have extensive knowledge of the property market in Moraira and surrounding areas. They are a one stop shop for those looking to buy property and they helped us through the whole process.
