- "We arrived to great expectations with another couple and sat at our table. Three of us chose "fillet steak" and were told it would come with a hot stone to cook the steak to our liking. The steaks arrived and were obviously not fillet but we persevered with the self cooking experience. The steaks were full of fat and cut into slices. We asked three times for vinegar and it only came near the end of the meal. There weren't many chips but when we eventually managed to speak to the waiter near the end of the meal he did bring more chips. The meal was also described with vegetables but only came with a few small cooked peppers. Quickly it became apparent that there wasn't much heat left in the hot stone and I even gave it back to the waiter with my bare hands. We complained that this was not fillet steak and was full of fat but the waiter said it never was fillet in the first place in spite of being described as fillet on the menu. in spite of my polite and quiet protests he was not prepared to do anything to appease us. He asked if we wanted desserts and I asked were these free to make up for the disappointing meals. He said no , we had to pay for them so we declined, paid the bill and went. We will not return and are very unhappy our evening was spoilt."
