Technihomes have done so much work for me over the last 15 years, kitchen’s bathrooms building works etc excellent team and very friendly and helpful

I cannot say enough good things about JC (Juan Carlos) and his team at Technihomes. I first worked with JC on a complete renovation of my house about 5 years ago. It was completed on time (actually a week early) and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Since then I have reached out to JC for multiple jobs - some large and some small. But all were completed promptly and expertly. I highly recommend Technihomes for anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, reliable, friendly, and trustworthy company with which to do business.

I have been using Technihomes for about 12 years now. I trust them implicitly with any work that needs to be done at my house in Pedreguer. They are also key holders for the property in case of any emergency arising if I am not in Spain. Chris Smith

JC. Apologies but we left Moraira without saying good bye. Had we seen you we would have wanted to say thank you for doing a terrific job on the villa. We really enjoyed the improvements you made for us. Just as importantly we appreciated your ideas, suggestions, input, patience, good humour and friendship throughout the project. The finished product exceeded our expectations. We will doubtlessly have other projects to work on in the future but want to say thank you to you and your team for a job well done. Best regards Steve & Donna.

We work together with Juan Carlos and his team since 2016 and did several renovations with them. Communications is always very clear and JC is thinking with us for the best solutions. Also the business partners of Technihomes are very trustworthy and friendly. We are very happy with our cooperation.

The team went above and beyond to achieve what we wanted. They came up with great ideas and solutions to any issues that were encountered. A lot of people told us how good they were and they were right.

Great company, very professional and our clients love them also. Ultimate Property Javea

Tecnihomes recently renovated our house : breaking down some walls to install a bigger kitchen, renovating the bathroom, installing higher doors, insulation and painting work... All the work was done 100% according to plan, within the agreed timing, within the proposed budget. We were not present during the works, but JC kept us aware of the progress every week via Whatsapp, and more importantly took the initiative to show us problems with the existing drainage system, and solved them. We have experience with renovations in Belgium, France and Germany ...the one in Spain was the best, thanks to JC and his team!
