Scheduling, attention to details such as remembering conversations and prior challenges are among the best I have experienced in any country. Filip has seen and treated myself and my two kids (5 and 13) - always listening to what we are (and are not) saying to understand what is truly the issue and ALWAYS treats us with the utmost respect regardless of age or ability to explain.
