We had a wonderful time staying at Natalie and Daniel’s place. The house was in a great condition and everything we needed was there for us. Great outdoor space with a wonderful pool and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We really recommend you staying there.

What a wonderful place and such a hidden gem with a fantastic location, we had a wonderful time at Pleamar30 and miss chilling out by the pool already, lots to do in the local area and look forward to another visit

The villa at Plaemar 30 is lovely, in a great location for getting about Punta Prima, close to sea front and restaurants. The accommodation is spacious, clean and very well equipped - there wasn't a thing we needed in our stay that wasn't in a drawer, cupboard or the large utility room. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival, with fresh bedding, bathroom and pool towels provided. There was also a well-stocked library which should have something for everyone who wants to do some reading in the sun. The kitchen and bathrooms had been upgraded to a modern, clean design and well maintained. The garden and pool areas were spacious with lots of mature flowering shrubbery and trees which made the outdoor experience feel private and secure. The pool had shallow and deep ends and lots of pool accessories such as snorkels and balls which was great, and though it was a bit on the cool side temperature-wise, once in it was nice and refreshing and we all had great fun in it. We were also lucky to learn that our stay coincided with the UK owners (Natalie and Daniel) being in the area, so they were able to meet and greet us and get us settled in which was nice. Nothing was too much trouble when we were there, and any time we needed some help or information about the area they were around in under 30 minutes. Also, I should note that the Whatsapp communication from the hosts from the moment the booking was made to the point of arrival and departure was excellent - Natalie provided all of the information needed at every point, and answered all of our questions within minutes, which really helped everything go smoothly. We also really loved the area – promenade and beaches within 5 minute walk, plenty of excellent restaurants, bars, supermarkets within a 10 minute walk, 15 minutes walk to go-karts, 40 minute walk to more bars and restaurants at La Flamenca, and a short taxi ride to other great local attractions such as La Zenia Boulevard, and Villamartin Plaza. The only slight negative for us was that we hadn't realized bedroom 3 was self contained (with garden access only) when booking, and although it was fine for us to use the twin bedroom (bedroom 2) for our kids, a third bedroom would have helped us avoid the usual kids bickering at bed-time :). This could have been a bit clearer during the search/booking process as it might not work so well for families where the kids are too old to share. However, this didn't affect our enjoyment of this lovely villa and great area - we'll definitely be back ☀️ .

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa, lots of information from the great host's. We enjoyed the area with the beach and promenades only minutes away.

We stayed four nights at Villa Pleamar and had a lovely time! The villa is spacious, clean, modern and well-equipped with everything you need. And then I haven’t mentioned the outside… A big terrace with sunbeds and a dinner table surrounding the pool Natalie and Daniel are perfect hosts and the whole process from booking to check-out have worked flawlessly.

We spent with pleasure all week in your residance. Thank you very much for your host and especially for well prepared and supported communication. . The weather, food and people around has been very appricated. We will bring those memories to PL. ☀️

We have just returned from a two week holiday at this beautiful villa! The hosts are truly amazing; so helpful and kind, the villa is stunning and so well equipped, the pool is blissful, the outside area is great for everyone as there are shady areas and sun traps, which suited each of us all day long. The attention to detail really makes all the difference, and the hosts have really made this villa everything you want, and more! For example; the American style fridge freezer has filtered water and ice dispensers, so no emergency shop visits carrying heavy bottles back! The beds and pillows are superb quality, ensuring a good sleep. There are books for every reader, smart tv’s, a piano, games and even a bluetooth speaker/boom box. Everything you didn't know you needed is here at the villa! ❤️ ☀️

We had a fantastic holiday, the villa was perfect, spotlessly clean & everything we could possibly need was catered for Location is brilliant & a short walk to shops restaurants & beaches The bosts are very informative..gave lots of useful information & available if any concerns etc. Definitely recommend & would love to return
