- "Hello, I have been to the shop few times the last few years, every time the staff has been friendly. Except today, one of the team member named Elisa, has been unfriendly, arrogant and aggressive. I was asking her to help me how to read the receipt to check the number of articles I purchased. Because I picked up my order at the shop and I wished to double check the number of articles in the box was correct. She told me “ You are not OK today”, I replied :“Thanks god, all is doing well”. Because I said one word in my mother language “Thanks God”, she said straight away: ha OK, I understand now”! I am not sure what she meant by saying that, but I found it inappropriate!!!!! Really an aggressive person. Regards,"
