I am very happy with the sale process handled ably by Lucy, Debbie, Carson and the rest of the Vicens Ash team. Preparations for the sale were very thorough which provided answers for the questions that buyers would typically ask. Significant interest was generated in the property when it went on the market and a sale was quickly secured. Our property had some challenges due to its age and occupancy and Vicens Ash were extremely straight with potential buyers about these. We were helped through some trials and tribulations along the way - not of Vicens Ash’s making, I would add. Lucy and the team were very easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble.
