Planning & Project Management One of the most impressive aspects of working with IQ Kitchen and Reformation was their planning and project management. As both my partner and I work overseas, we needed a team we could fully trust to manage the entire process. From our initial consultation, it was clear that Tim and Donald shared our vision for the complete renovation. After meeting with multiple contractors over a 3-month period, it was their combination of expertise, clear communication, and understanding of our goals that won us over. They managed to keep the project within our budget while delivering top-quality results, and we appreciated their transparency and regular updates throughout the process.
