I recently entrusted Tim and Donald from IQ Kitchen and Reformation with the full refurbishment of my apartment, including the kitchen, bathroom, electrical work, plumbing, and all finishing touches. From the moment we started the project until the final handover, their professionalism and dedication were evident in every aspect of the job. Apartment Refurbishment The transformation of my entire apartment is nothing short of extraordinary. Both the kitchen and bathroom have been completely reimagined—my kitchen is now a sleek, functional space perfect for cooking and entertaining, while the bathroom feels like a luxurious, spa-like sanctuary. Additionally, we added an extensive utility room designed to the same luxurious standard as the rest of the apartment. The utility room is not only highly functional but also blends seamlessly into the overall aesthetic of the home, with high-end finishes and ample storage. Electrical Work The electrical rewiring throughout the apartment was handled with precision. Tim and Donald ensured that every light, switch, and outlet was perfectly placed and fully functional. Their attention to detail when it came to energy-efficient solutions has not only enhanced the lighting and usability of the space but also led to noticeable savings on my utility bills. Plumbing The plumbing work, including extensive updates in the kitchen, bathroom, and utility room, was completed flawlessly. Tim and Donald were meticulous in ensuring that everything—from the water pressure to the drainage systems—was improved and functioning at its best. The upgraded fixtures are of the highest quality, and their installation was seamless. Finishing & Attention to Detail The finishing touches throughout the apartment were executed to perfection. From custom cabinetry and beautiful countertops to the sleek tiling and high-end fixtures, every element was carefully selected and installed with a focus on quality and aesthetics. Although there were some slight delays in the project due to fittings coming from Italy and all over Europe, Tim and Donald kept me informed throughout and ensured the final result was worth the wait. Planning & Project Management One of the most impressive aspects of working with IQ Kitchen and Reformation was their planning and project management. As both my partner and I work overseas, we needed a team we could fully trust to manage the entire process. From our initial consultation, it was clear that Tim and Donald shared our vision for the complete renovation. After meeting with multiple contractors over a 3-month period, it was their combination of expertise, clear communication, and understanding of our goals that won us over. They managed to keep the project within our budget while delivering top-quality results, and we appreciated their transparency and regular updates throughout the process. Estate Agent’s Reaction After the refurbishment was completed, I had the apartment valued by the same estate agent from whom we originally purchased the property. He was totally blown away by the transformation. In fact, he was so impressed by the quality and craftsmanship of the work that he asked for IQ Kitchen and Reformation’s business card to recommend Tim and Donald to his future clients. That speaks volumes about the level of work they deliver! In conclusion, the full reformation of my apartment by IQ Kitchen and Reformation was a fantastic experience. Despite minor delays due to imported fittings, the overall process was smooth and stress-free. Tim and Donald delivered a result that far exceeded our expectations, from the luxurious finishes in the kitchen and bathroom to the beautifully designed utility room. From start to finish the team at IQ kitchens were great. Don was our initial contact who discussed our options and gave positive suggestions. He organized the whole remodel and fitting. The teams who came to complete the work were excellent, they were always punctual and completed the work with minimal disruption, they left the kitchen everyday clean. We are delighted with the finished work and the quality of the units. Would recommend to others.

Be very careful if you’re considering this company for any major renovations. When we initially met with Tim he could not have been more helpful and gave us the confidence to put our trust in IQ Kitchens with a major renovation project worth over €40,000. Sadly, soon after the works started, the problems began. The timescale for the project was to be around 5-6 weeks. We returned to the UK and left them to get on with the works. It was 5 weeks later when we returned and were shocked to see that there was still a considerable amount of work to be completed. This was despite Tim having advised us that the project was 70% complete a few days before we arrived. Trusting him, we had made another large payment at this stage as had assumed it was only minor works and finishings that remained to be done. How wrong this turned out to be. There was still a complete bathroom to be taken out and refitted. The kitchen we expected to see almost finished with the exception of worktop and tap was barely started. The other upstairs bathroom was still nowhere nearly finished either. Same situation in the utility room where the works we wanted there were also not even started. In fact, this room had been forgotten about and the materials needed had not even been ordered. It was clear to see there had been no consistency to the works and that the workmen were only randomly there whilst being moved to other ongoing projects by Tim. Tim had blatantly lied to us about the progress of the works and in truth, after 8 weeks into a project that had a 5-6 week timeframe, nothing was anywhere near complete. We were utterly shocked when we arrived at the villa to witness this and of course extremely disappointed. We found out that Tim had been out of the country just after the project had started and was still not around when we returned 8 weeks later. With no site manager available to provide support for the majority of this time, the workers were left to get by with WhatsApp messages from Tim. Far from ideal when they were clearly struggling with the scale of what needed to be done and with their difficulty of understanding the renovation plans. In the latter weeks when we had returned and were able to keep a check on things ourselves, we had to point out several errors being made by the workers. All of this, when we were left to communicate serious issues with workers who are Russian and Ukrainian and speak very little English or Spanish. The only communication any of us had with Tim was by WhatsApp messages as he was still out of the country. A totally unacceptable situation when you have trusted someone with such a major investment. His workers were very disorganised, were unable to understand or follow the plan provided. They were disrespectful of our property and treated it like a complete dumping ground and worked with complete chaos all around them inside and outside. On one occasion, 9 weeks into the project, I was left in tears at the bomb site we faced. Just when we thought things could not get any worse and we were at our wits end, we were distraught that our house was being treated like this. Some 12 weeks later the works were finally completed. However, when we moved in soon afterwards, several problems came to light that needed fixing. All of the those were due to poor workmanship and complete lack of care. We had wanted a 4 in 1 boiling water tap fitted in the kitchen. This was incorrectly installed leaving us with a constantly dripping tap until they returned to fix it some 3 months later! The toilet in the upstairs bathroom had also been incorrectly fitted causing a very bad smell in the bathroom. Another 3 months passed before this was resolved. We would never wish anyone to experience what we have with IQ Kitchens. It was the most stressful few months of our lives. As I said above, be very careful if you are considering this company. The photos below are 9 weeks into the project. There are still marks on the tiles that cannot be removed due to the negligence and disregard they had for our property.

Никогда не заказывайте у них кухню – все очень низкого качества, размеры вообще не соблюдают, просто тупо покупают ящики и пытаются поставить их – зазоры в 10 см от стены, а отвечают, что это для проветривания!!!

so pleased with the results! a much more practical and modern kitchen, larger while not taking up additional footage. was able to add my personal touches -such as the tiles and brackets- for bespoke results :) very useful to have full-service including construction staff – we removed a wall, adjusted electric etc. thank you tim and team!!
