- "We rented a villa through booking.com. Villasandyou were the management company. My short review with booking: DO NOT RENT THIS VILLA!!! If I could have given a zero I would have!!! This management company took no responsibility to the state of this villa. They don't answer the phone. I messaged them day 2 about the state of the villa which they responded: the bed linen was changed before our arrival and the villa has some minor wear and tear. The linen may have been changed but the photos show how disgusting they were and I do not class all of the problems we experienced were minor wear and tear. I contacted them for a second time and asked to be relocated and they ignored my message. Not contactable by phone; they don't answer. They did answer on WhatsApp but they took off the 'read' (2 blue tick) indicators so you have no idea if they've read your messages. Very unprofessional. There were only 4 sunbeds, yet the villa was supposed to cater for 7. They said therewere only 4 on the photos! They offered me 250€ if I promise not to give a bad review on booking or their website. And that apparently they've contacted the owners to put the issues right. The issues were; The patio set was stained and torn. Lolly pop sticks all around the pool and broken glass. Family bbq cover was dirty, torn and unusable. Toilet in the shared bathroom was not fixed down. Evacuation in this bathroom was bad even showing with the little head. The fixation on the shower in the lower bedroom was broken. It was impossible to take a shower in this bathroom, even when only using the small shower head, the water didn't soak away and ran into the bedroom. The toilet didn't flush properly. It took at least four flushes to get rid of 'waste'. In the meantime, the waste runs back towards the shower, and it stunk. This made this bathroom unusable.The bed linen in the children's room was stained with blood, both on the sheet and the fitted sheet. Two of the sheets were flannelette (type of sheets used in the winter). The pillow case in the middle bedroom was stained. The fitted sheet in the lower bedroom was so used that you can see the mattress through it. All of the pillows were stained and very poor quality.The entire bed linen was appalling. It was that bad that I drove on my day of arrival to primark to buy new bed linen and pillows for our stay. Every mattress in the villa was stained and has been turned upside down, so we were sleeping on the non padded sides of the mattresses. Towels were clean but old and some were covered in bleach and some in paint. We also lost the electricity on the second night. We contacted the villa company and they sent out an electrican who changed the fuse in the road. The following night it went again when there was hardly anything on. Once again they sent out the electrican. The second time he put in a bigger fuse I'm the road and explained to us that there was only 7kw going into the villa. He said not to use too much at once because if it tripped again he could do nothing else and the electricity board would have to come out and if this happened it could take days. We therefore didn't use washing machine diswasher, etc. This was a more serious issue with the villa and possibly a danger! On both occasions nothing tripped in the villa but in the road. The villa company said there have been no previous issues. However, I find this hard to believe as normally the main supply electrical box in the street are padlocked, and you can't get into them. This one has been cut off, and there are old fuses under the counter, which would indicate previous problems. So we had no electricity for two nights running, no aircon, no fans in the villa. We had two sleepless nights. Two mornings wasted waiting in for the electrican. We had to go out these two nights as we had no choice as it was pitch black. And as there was no electric we couldn't open the electric gate to get our car out of the premises. Booking.com said there was nothing they could do and to just give a bad review for future clients."
